The “track from way back,” this song was written by one of my favorite songwriters and the guy who had more to do with my becoming a songwriter than almost anybody else, Bob Frank. I cut this song thirty-five years ago, but the track was never released. This is from the untouched master that sounds just like it did thirty-five years ago. The track still kicks butt. The song is about how yet another stupid bar fight got started. Some things never change.

It’s been so long ago, I’ve forgotten who was playing on this, but I know Ladysmith were the backup singers, Buddy Emmons was on steel, Buddy Spiker on the fiddle, and Aubrey Kelly on harmonica.
