This is a poem I wrote for my dad. He’d been dead for twenty years before I could write it. But it also pertains to some others I’ve known who have since passed away. So I’d like to dedicate this to Bing McMahan, Steve Bowers, Sonny Hancock, Howard Parker, Jeff Lane, Larry McWhorter, Frosty Straight, and Ray Nauta. Boys, I miss you all so much, I don’t know how to tell you. I guess this poem is as close as I’ll ever get.
